Refund policy

You can cancel your order during the ordering period (Sunday 4pm - Saturday 4pm) by emailing us at info@eatbaphouse.com. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. After the ordering period closes, there is no more cancellation/refund.

Bap House products are perishable goods and cannot accept returns.
